1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Covenant Matchmaker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Covenant Matchmaker. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Community Standards

You agree to treat other members with respect and dignity. Harassment, abuse, hate speech, sexually explicit content, fraud, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Community Guidelines.

5. Membership & Payments

Covenant Matchmaker offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with UK consumer law.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Covenant Matchmaker a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You must not post content that infringes third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Covenant Matchmaker is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
