Covenant Matchmaker is built on a foundation of faith, respect, and genuine connection. These guidelines help us maintain a safe and welcoming community for all members.
Be Genuine
Use your real name, recent photos, and accurate information. Misrepresenting yourself undermines trust in our community.
Respect Everyone
Treat every member with kindness and dignity, regardless of denomination, ethnicity, or background. We are all part of one Body.
Communicate Gracefully
Keep conversations respectful. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or sexually explicit language. If someone is not interested, accept it graciously.
Protect Privacy
Do not share other members' personal information, photos, or conversations without their consent. Respect boundaries.
Report Concerns
If you encounter suspicious behaviour, harassment, or anyone who makes you feel unsafe, report them immediately using the in-app report button.
Zero Tolerance
We have zero tolerance for scams, financial solicitation, spam, fake profiles, violence, threats, or illegal activity. Violations result in immediate suspension.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning and content removal
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent ban from the platform
- Referral to law enforcement where appropriate
